I did it! It's over and it wasn't as bad as it before. Yes, I was nervous but I didn't mind it so much a year ago when was the last time I had to present something in front of my class. Also, it didn't take as long to calm down after it. And because there was no need for me to speak at all as our teacher could have done it also, I think myself now ( Read more... )

Oh gosh. Tomorrow I have to present the vitamin-thingummy in front of class. I am not worried yet, however. Will see it in 12-13 hours how I manage and how the meds are really working. I have little hopes so I wish everything will go well.

I think the medicine I started to use two weeks ago is actually working as I feel I don't be as afraid as I used to be when for example had to say something to teacher. I started to think it works last week when I had an accident in lab as I didn't pay enough attention and so got some 75 ml hydrochloride over the table and dripping down but I ( Read more... )

So today was my appointment to a doctor about my SA. I'm not sure how it went. He prescribed some SSRI-pills to me, said the symptoms were clear and I have SA or something along the lines. Anyway I didn't actually want medication, I thought therapy would be better but didn't have the courage to say so. I mean, will the pills stop me from thinking ( Read more... )

I'm getting a bit frustrated as I feel that there has been no change whatsoever in my weight even though I have gone to gym two times a week all this month. I know that my weight seems to be funny that way: no change at first for about a month and then one morning I have lost at least a kilogram. It's fun for that week but the next weeks... Ugh.
